We recently enrolled my daughter in the Hot Shots Tennis programme for kids with Matchpoint Tennis and have had an excellent experience overall. From the online registration to liaising with the team at Matchpoint everything has been a breeze and excellent to deal with. The venue is conveniently located in North Lakes with ample parking. Good number of courts available to hire and very clean and tidy layout. There is a small tennis shop on site with a good range of rackets, tennis shoes, tennis racket stringing and other tennis goods along with some drinks and snacks available to purchase. My daughter’s coach Anthony is excellent with the kids and makes their session super fun and everyone has a great time learning valuable tennis skills. He has a great sense of humour, very patient with the kids, very friendly and professional. We look forward to my daughter’s tennis lessons and she’s is thoroughly enjoying learning about tennis and can’t wait for her next lesson. Thank you Matchpoint Tennis.

Very disappointed with how my young sons have been treated at Matchpoint. Both boys very much enjoyed their lessons and took part in private lessons, matchplay, squads, and hotshots, also regularly took part in events. Boys were thriving and enjoying their journey. My youngest who is 6 yrs old has moderate / mild Cerebral Palsy and was loving his Red Ball class. He was thriving and the classes were a great fit for his disability , coach Ross was awesome with him and the other kids in the class, everything was going well for him and he was looking forward to returning. However through no fault of their own I've now been told that both boys can not attend moving forwards. Such a shame that 2 young, keen players are being discriminated against for reasons which has nothing to do with them. This is unfair and unreasonable on so many levels. Utterly disgusted with Matchpoints behaviour towards two young players. Matchpoint you should be ashamed to exclude 2 young players.

Great tennis facility. However slightly on the pricey side compared to other venues . But coaches and staff plus facilities are great. Love the hot shots tennis program for kids too, recently enrolled my son who’s thriving.

A little bit disappointing service, I had a few training sessions with a someone they called a trainer but his behaviour was like a kid, I discussed it with them but basically no action from them.
