Disappointed no one mentioned that make up classes expire after certain time! I have 3 individuals attending swimming classes and it came as a surprise to me that our make up lessons were less only than I was advised by the centre that make up classes expire after certain time. It’s frustrating whenever I have contacted them to see if there was any availability they never have places for adult beginners and they expire the lessons. Our instructor was also someone new who seemed like just got qualified and he mentioned that he didn’t have qualifications to teach adults but later told us that he was told by the center that he doesn’t need that qualification. I think they should have more classes for adult beginners that gives us opportunity to do make up classes. Very disappointing!! On the other hand, we now have Zac as our instructor and he is awesome! Very friendly and always willing to assist. At times he spends his time to help us learn something we want to! Thank you Zac, you are amazing! If I have to rate you it’s 5 stars, above scoring is for the centre!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to the security guard, Mick. I accidentally went into the pool with my car keys on me and was feeling very overwhelmed, thinking I’d have to leave my car overnight. The staff let security know, and Mick came to check on me. It turns out all I needed was a jump start, which Mick kindly helped me with. He was incredibly kind, calm, and helpful, and truly went above and beyond. I’m so grateful for his support and wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation.

Surprised to stumble across this facility at the weekend. Large outdoor swimming pool with a small water activity area for kids. Swimming pool inside with a decent little cafe. Children loved it and a family pass for the day was $20. Great value for money as you can stay as long as you want. My son also lost his Crocs and that night we got a call to say that security had found them (saved me $80) - take a bow.

Edited 07.12.25: They took the feedback on board and used their trolley to safely arrange their equipment with slamming it around. No nasty looks or hostility. Appreciate they took the feedback on board. ---- Great Facilities and Service, But Swim School Needs Improvement. My only disappointment was with the swim school program. We arrived at 7:00 AM and were using the shallow pool. The swim school started setting up around 7:30 AM (we were unaware of their program schedule). Instead of simply letting us know they would need the pool, they kept setting up their equipment by slamming it down while staring at us giving hostile looks (and scaring my kids in the process.) They seriously need lessons on verbal communication and courtesy. After that experience, you couldn't pay me to send my kids to their program.

Gorgeous! When the word gets out, there will be droves of people there 😄 It is fantastic, thrre is a lovely little park on the hilly-tump above Eatery has friendly, caring staff Facilities are A1 I am in the warm pool for physio They got the lot here Easy access for disabled ♿️ It is a breath of fresh air Very popular with mums and babies or toddlers Secure, safe, relaxing So many activities Parking is good You will love it So many activities to enjoy All best quality, standards are premium Well done Pimpama Sports Hub, just wonderful
