Great courts, and pro shop. I've taken a couple of adult coaching classes and the experience has been good. Good facilities. Main negative is that the change room is gross!

Pro shop attendee needs more experience on racket restring service and training on good old customer service. 10 minutes before my sons tournament started his strings broke on his racket. So as you can appreciate we were in a situation. The boy didn't understand the sense of urgency to repair it at that moment and said he would have to charge us a fee to have it done quickly, and by quickly he meant in 3 hours time. I've had much smaller clubs turn round a re string within 15 minutes and didnt charge a priority fee. He seemed overwhelmed and awkward about everything. Get better experienced staff in the tennis pro shop when tournaments are being held. Really disappointing as this was our first time here. Least we know what to expect next time.

Completely useless as per usual. UQTC won't inform us until we arrive that courts are too wet to play on. Took 2 years to repair their lights too. Timings never really been their thing. Edit: You informed us 2 minutes before start time when we arrived at reception that the courts were too wet. You could've done this 2-3 hours before (or at least half an hour) . Don't you think an apology to the players would be in order? I've never had this communication issue at another venue. Please accept responsibility and do better in future.

Great courts! Well-kept and almost always available when booking a day in advance. Shop also offers most accessories. Find it to be quite pricy. Unfortunately, the UQ Team was not very welcoming to new players.

Read some reviews before using their coaching service and it's a shame there were some not so good experiences at times. Personally I was quietly very impressed with the booking service. There was a late change with who coached me for an hour but the coach I got was A+. Shout out to Filip. Very patient, conversational and helpful in every way. Genuine guy and coach. I would go here anytime if I lived here in Brisbane to use these facilities. Well done UQ TC
