In all honesty, this center is not really friendly and accommodating when it comes to the time availability! When you open a sport center like this 24 hrs but the after work hours are blocked off because of their programs or leagues or whoever the heck book a court for 3 weeks ahead and takes up all the normal hours from 5pm to 8pm Monday-Sunday, then there is NO POINT of opening it up to the public! Sometimes there will be a 30 mins availability but who does that? Who books and leave a space for players only to play for 30 minutes??? Are the people playing here that greedy and only gives 30 minutes to the rest of us? What are the organizers doing? Most availabilities are 9pm onwards like it is soo inconvenient for normal people who have work. Is this center open mostly for retired people? Are people here that inconsiderate? Give chance to other people who wants to play at a decent time like 6pm-8pm. Also, why allow a 30 mins gap in between sometimes? I don't get this place! Me and my friends in our 20s,30s and 40s want to play here as much as we can and we check the availabilities like every day but it's too impossible! Give chance and space to others and not hoard all the normal hours! Too impossible to book in this court! Maybe try cutting off your programs and drop ins especially your leagues coz other people want to play with just their friends.

The Victoria Pickleball Centre is such a great place to play. I really want to thank Crystal, Cayce, and Noelle for their outstanding customer service. They’re always so friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure things run smoothly. Every time I come in, they make the experience better — whether it’s helping with bookings, answering questions, or just creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear they genuinely care about the players and the community here. Big thanks to the whole team for making the Centre such an enjoyable place to be!

Started playing at Victoria Pickleball about 6 months ago and over this time noticed several different teaching classes; group and individual. 4 of us signed up for the 8 person class with Shanna. Every Thursday for 4 weeks. It was well organized, specific on skills, allowed time for practice and a lot of fun. I think everyone should start with lessons for this sport. I highly recommend signing up for a session or two.

Cayce and the team have done an incredible job with the Victoria Pickleball Centre. The program balance is excellent, the Pickleball courts are top-notch, and you never have to worry about the weather. There’s a great mix of competitive leagues for those eager to show off their pickleball skills, as well as beginner options if you’re just getting started. They offer open drop-in times, court rentals, and so much more. I can’t say enough good things! Went there with a couple co-workers to play and now were planning a full staff outing. Highly recommend!

The Victoria Pickleball Centre is a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained facility! As a new player, I felt welcomed and comfortable right away. The staff and players create such a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Highly recommend!
