My experience at SquashDirect with James was a real exercise in frustration. I received shoes with a scuff mark, and the racquet cover I paid extra for was so flimsy it reminded me of a Woolworths shopping bag—definitely not what you’d expect for the price, or for protecting your gear. Instead of help, I ran into a brick wall of repetitive 'polite' phrases with no actual resolution. Emails were ignored, so I tried calling, but got talked over with more canned responses. Being polite in words, but not in actions, just feels hypocritical. In the end, my faulty items weren’t fairly sorted and I was left feeling more like an inconvenience than a customer. If you value good service and decent product quality, think twice before shopping here. On the plus side, you’ll build stamina for chasing things up—just don’t expect to win the rally.

Great courts for squash, tennis, and pickleball. Well maintained, and run by the very friendly and helpful James. Our whole family plays here, and we bring friends often. The shop also has a nice selection of what you could need.

The purpose-built courts for tennis, squash, and pickleball are fantastic and welcoming to both members and the public. I thoroughly enjoyed my time playing here, and the members are generally friendly! You can book and pay for a court anytime online which is convenient

"All for you, your family and your friends to enjoy"- is not accurate. Public service announcement; You have to be a member to access the tennis courts at any given time. I'm not sure the name of the gentleman that approached us this morning, but it was a horrible experience for me and my two young children. I am assuming it was a head person of the knoxfield tennis club?If I'd of known and there was adequate signage- or even the gate being locked! Which it was not... We would not have accessed these courts without being a member. My 8 year old son recently has shown an interest in tennis so we took him down to practice hitting the ball, unfortunately now he is so embarrassed he no longer wants to practice. And if it was approached differently we might have considered becoming members! Not a chance now would we want to join a club where kind communication is certainly not a priority. That gentlemen might need a PD in communicating with the public and educating them on memberships available. I'll be spreading the word to avoid this club. Put some members only signage clearly on the gates, and perhaps lock them to the public with members having a key. A couple of practical ideas for your own peice of mind moving forward.

Great centre with 6 new squash and racketball courts, an interactive courts which I've seen the kids absolutely loving and a racket shop inside! They can also provide racket restringing on the spot which is super convenient. Outside there's tennis and pickleball courts for when the weather warms up :) great racket centre!
