The only complain is the ventilation. During sunny day, the inside is 2-3 degree hotter than the outside. Cannot imagine the temperature during peak summer season. When they also sell $4.5 for a can of coke, this temperature/ventilation condition just feels even worse. Hope they really improve in that area as the facilities are pretty good.

Great indoor sports centre. Clean and modern and comfortable seating for parents in the cafe area. The courts do get hot in the summer months.

Very disappointed. The ventilation is extremely poor, making the environment feel suffocating and not healthy to exercise in. After a short time inside, the air quality felt so bad that it became uncomfortable and even concerning. To make things worse, during one of my visits, half of the facility was closed off for a private function—something they didn’t communicate beforehand. The event’s sound system was unbelievably loud, more suited for a stadium than an indoor sports centre. The noise carried through the entire building, making it impossible to focus or enjoy any activity. What made this even more worrying was that children were taking part in sports activities nearby, and the excessively loud volume felt completely inappropriate and potentially unsafe for young ears. When mentioned to a staff member, he shrugged his shoulders and walked out! Overall, between the health risks from poor air circulation and the disruption caused by excessively loud private events, the centre is a hazard. I really hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements urgently as we enter summer.

5 Stars bc it’s like one of the only places in Sydney with a walk in and shoot around option, which I think we need more of, and price is great, HOWEEVVERRR MINUS A STAR cos it’s genuinly insufferable during high temperatures. Is so hot in there with no aircon and the fans genuinely don’t do much, it’s like a oven 🥺

This was one of the worst basketball experiences I’ve had. First off, the heat inside the centre was unbearable ,it’s nearly summer and the place felt like an oven. How are players supposed to perform in those conditions? On top of that, the rules were applied unfairly. My team was told to remove all our jewellery, but the other team was allowed to keep theirs on with no issue. The referee clearly knew the other team personally, because the calls were completely biased. He kept calling fouls against us for no reason while ignoring obvious violations like double dribbling from the other side. The whole game felt unfair and honestly discriminatory. If you’re going to run a sports centre, at least make sure the environment is safe, the refs are neutral, and the rules apply to everyone equally.
