Very accommodating and highly recommended! It was my first time buying from him, and the whole experience felt like I was just talking to a friend. I was purchasing paddles for my husband and his friends (who are overseas), so I had no idea what to choose or expect. But Sir patiently gave me honest suggestions and helpful advice. I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. He even gave my son a free paddle! Wow 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I’m very thankful I visited your shop—highly recommended!

I had the most incredible experience coming through this shop and having first hand experience extensively testing out paddles for myself and for a couple of friends. This is a wonderful family-owned business who will go out of their way to match you to the right piece of kit, talk you through what does and doesn't work, and even fine tune it to work better for you. I have nothing but the highest praise for the incredible hospitality and customer service I've received, and I hope the pickleball community sees all the love and passion you guys have for this sport. I had an incredible experience with Vuss at MyPickleball in Tennyson Point. Following a recommendation from my cousin, I reached out for some advice and was blown away by the service. Vuss let me trial four paddles to make sure I found the perfect fit. I ended up getting a full setup for my family and me. It’s rare to find such genuine, local care. Highly recommend contacting Vuss for anyone starting their pickleball journey!

I have never experienced such incredible service from a company as I did from Mypickleball recently. The team were happy to help even though it was the weekend, they gave thoughtful and thorough advice/feedback, and were genuinely interested in helping me get a paddle best suited to my needs. Wow! I could not sing more praises to this business if I tried! My young son and I were fortunate to cross this business due to a web search and living locally. The personal service could not be more highly commended. We walked out feeling like we understood what was purchased after thorough advice and testing. In fact, my son walked out with a purchase and I am on a store loan until I am happy with my final choice on paddle. Thank you for sharing your personal story on pickleball and for your time today.
