About North Shore Community Hub

Set opposite Kallaroo beach, North Shore Community Hub is a family-friendly club with several floodlit Plexi-pave courts shared between tennis and pickleball. The venue also has a bar, a kiosk, and a large grassed area, making it a social destination as much as a sporting one.

Sports membership covers both tennis and pickleball and includes a key to the courts and facilities, discounted fees on pay-to-play organised sessions, and discounts at the bar. Non-members are welcome to come down and play the odd game of pickleball at the standard casual rate.

The club runs organised pickleball sessions alongside its tennis program. Friday nights are family-focused with children's social tennis. Sunday afternoon Sundowners attract a regular crowd with live music and the bar open from 4pm. For current pickleball session days and times, check the club's calendar of events.

It's a very chill spot to have a few cheap drinks by the coast. There is tennis for young and old and pickle ball for somewhere different. We had a few drinks there on St Patrick's Day, and they had a great acoustic guitarist pumping out…

We regularly attend markets here over the summer, love the beachside location. Good vibes, great people, excellent facilities. The tennis courts can get a bit hot later in the day, so come down early and keep an eye on your pets 🐾

Good to Know

  • Courts can get hot later in the day. Early morning sessions are cooler.
  • Friday night is family night with children's tennis and the bar open from 5pm.
