If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I drove three hours from moree for a booking made two weeks ago, only to arrive and find out I’d been double booked. There was no staff on-site to speak to, and I had to call the owner just to figure out what was going on. The “solution” I was offered? A refund or a rebook—after wasting my entire day getting there. No effort to fix the mistake, no alternative offered, and no accountability. Honestly one of the most disappointing customer experiences I’ve had. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend The Pickle Pit to anyone.

Not worth one star my family booked a court for my 60th birthday, we drove 100ks one way to be there by 10am to find the operator had double booked the courts so tough luck. This also happened to another family with children who traveled 50min to be told the same. Got a refund, but would not waste my time again and would not recommend to anyone. Big thumbs down.👎

We recently took our team to the Pickle Pit for our work Christmas party . It was such a fantastic location and space to hire and Mitch and Matt were so accommodating. We will definitely be back .
