About Clifton Hill Tennis Club
Clifton Hill Tennis Club at the junction of Hoddle Street and Heidelberg Road has six outdoor courts for tennis and pickleball, comprising two hard courts and four synthetic grass courts. The club is open from 7am to 10pm seven days a week, with lights available for evening sessions. Pickleball programs run throughout the week, from daytime sessions on weekdays to social and drills sessions across the weekend.
Pickleball sessions are run by a qualified instructor or experienced facilitator and use a rotating partner format. Friday evenings offer two back-to-back sessions, including a DUPR-rated slot for players tracking their rating. A drills session runs for an hour before the Friday evening program starts, and again on Sunday mornings. Session sizes are capped to keep play moving.
Non-members pay $15 per session. Members with an off-peak or standard membership can access sessions at no extra cost. Bookings are required through the club's online system.
