I had a very disappointing experience during a tennis match at Darwin International Tennis. I was hit twice by a very aggressive opponent—once on the breast and once on the ear, both times leaving me in significant pain. Shockingly, neither the head coach nor the staff member working at the tennis office offered any assistance or showed concern for my well-being. Their complete disregard for player safety and lack of duty of care is unacceptable. As someone who values a supportive and safe environment in sports, I found their behavior unprofessional and deeply disheartening. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who expects proper management and care from the staff.
