About Gold Coast Pickleball

The Gold Coast Pickleball Association runs its Currumbin headquarters at 164 Duringan Street, where eight outdoor courts form the main hub for a club that has grown to over 1,000 members since its founding in 2017. The courts are self-service, accessed via a PIN code sent after booking through the SportLogic system, so there are no staff on court during every session.

Beyond Currumbin, the association operates at three other venues: Runaway Bay, Tallebudgera Recreation Centre (which has indoor courts), and Pizzey Park. Organised sessions run daily across these venues, covering social play, a Wednesday morning Ladder League for players around 3.5 and above, and the Kings and Queens of the Court format. Coaching is also available through the club.

Membership comes with discounted session and court hire fees and includes affiliation with Pickleball Australia and Pickleball Association of Queensland, giving access to sanctioned tournaments and events. Non-members can book courts and attend sessions at a higher casual rate.
