About The RISE
The RISE is a community recreation centre on Eighth Avenue in Maylands, operated by the City of Bayswater. The facility includes a gym, group fitness studio, 25-metre indoor pool, creche and two air-conditioned indoor multipurpose sports courts. Social sports competitions are run on these courts covering a range of sports.

This review is for the gym specifically. Good facilities although some of the exercise equipment isn’t working as it should (the cross trainers have a weird glitch sometimes where they appear to have a mind of their own it’s bizarre) but…

Had a pleasant experience. It’s a free wifi zone. We can BYOD or use library computers.
