Pump track behind center is awesome! Always packed, but each time we have been it's flowed and all kids enjoy their time. Toilets and covered seating/tables. Large skate park right next to pump track. Water fountain. Area is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for kids of all ages!

We play a closed group of social basketball once a week in the evening. What I like about it is the privacy we have, mainly because at the time we play, you need an access card to enter. So it is safe and undisturbed. They have adequate facilities and the ring quality is well maintained. During summer, we can turn on the A/C as well. It would be good if the floor is polished more regularly because it is often slippery. We've been playing here for more than a year now and this seems to be the downside.

Great facility and equipments. Detailed instructions on early access. We booked a badminton court for a 7-8am session on Sunday 23 Feb. As we walked into the court- there were two badminton courts all set up but both were in used by a group of 8-9 Indian descents. I did not believe that we had to set up the court by ourselves as there was NO OFFICIAL INSTRUCTION of where to access the equipments and hence set up the court provided by the venue. With the “assistance” from the group I mentioned, we found the net and posts for setting up the third quarter court but my wife was injured whilst attempting to set up the court with me. The group then weirdly approached us to confirm our booking time. I was fully aware and confirmed that our court was taken by this group. At 7:30, a representative of the group approached us again and told us that they think someone had booked the half court for a basketball session and asked us to use “one of their courts” because they only booked one initially. And they offered to “help” us to pack away the extra court that we set up. I questioned the representative why they used two while they only paid for one. He replied “we usually do that as no one booked this time slot”. It means that we lost our time in using the court for set up which resulted in unnecessary injury- all due to abuse of facilities and the behaviour of stealing. May I please ask the venue office to look into this matter and prevent this from happening in the future and we would like to know about the outcome as we intend to use the facilities in the future. Thank you for your attention.
