About Lavington Pickleball

Lavington Tennis and Pickleball Club unveiled six brand-new hard pickleball courts in April 2026, funded through NSW Government infrastructure grants. The courts are purpose-built and tournament-ready, and bring the club's total to six pickleball courts alongside two remaining tennis courts at the corner of Urana and McDonald Roads in Lavington.

Courts are fully lit for evening play, with the last booking at 9pm and lights off at 10pm under council regulations. Non-members can book online and receive a gate PIN code to access the McDonald Road entrance. Daytime court hire costs $20 per court per hour for non-members, or $30 per hour in the evening. Members pay $10 daytime and $15 evening, and have free access during the day using their member gate code (booked courts have priority).

Coaching is available through accredited Pickleball Australia coaches Shiralee Allen and Leanne Hewett, who also run programs for schools, aged-care facilities and workplaces. NSW Active Kids Vouchers are accepted for memberships and coaching activities. The club is affiliated with Pickleball NSW and Pickleball Australia.
